Are Framewise courses vehicle-specific?+
Courses teach general principles, but your vehicle manual remains the authority for lift points, equipment, and procedures.
Can a jack support a vehicle while I work underneath it?+
No. A jack is for lifting, not supporting a vehicle during underbody work. Follow manufacturer guidance and use properly rated stands where applicable.
What equipment should I prepare?+
Prepare the correct jack, wheel chocks, a stable surface, the vehicle manual, and any manufacturer-required support equipment.
How do I access a course?+
Browse the catalog, open course details, and use the cart for this demonstration experience. Enrollment processing is not connected to a payment service.
What does Fallows mean?+
Fallows is Framewise’s tracked-course list. Selecting Track course stores the course ID in your browser’s local storage.
Can I remove a tracked course?+
Yes. Open Fallows and select Remove. The browser list updates immediately.
Does the cart process payment?+
No. The cart demonstrates quantities and totals locally and shows a confirmation modal without charging or enrolling anyone.
When should I ask for professional help?+
Stop when the ground, equipment, vehicle condition, or instructions are uncertain. Contact a qualified technician rather than improvising.
